鮮土茯苓8安士 (Tuckahoe 8 oz), 乾牛大力兩安士 (Dried Radix Millettiae Speciosae
2 oz), 蜜棗四粒 (Dates 4 pieces), 陳皮半塊 (Tangerine 2/1 piece), 赤小豆兩安士
(Red Bean 2 oz), 薏米兩安士 ( Semen Coicis 2 oz), 豬骨1.5磅 (Pork bone 1.5 lbs)。
做法:
Instructions:
1. 土茯苓刮去外皮, 再切成厚塊,牛大力用水浸泡約20分鐘, 洗淨。
蜜棗,赤小
豆,薏米,陳皮清洗乾淨後,再用水浸十分鐘。
Peel the Tuckahoe and cut into thick chucks. Soak Dried Radix Millettiae Speciosae
in water for 20 minutes and rinse with water. Wash dates, red bean, semen coicis and
tangerine, then soak them for 10 minutes.
2. 豬骨氽水後沖洗乾淨。
湯煲內放入18碗水,所有材料放進, 用大火煲滾十五分
鐘後, 再轉為小火煲兩個半小時,加鹽調味便可飲用。
Boil the pork bone and wash it. Add 18 bows of water into the soup pot, and add
all ingredients, cook 15 minutes with high heat, then turn to low heat for 2.5
hours. Add some salt and ready to serve.

• 土茯苓功效: 秋天皮膚比較乾燥,容易造成痕癢,人也比較燥熱 。新鮮土茯苓
味道鮮甜, 又有解毒去濕之功效。
• Bandit’s Efficacy: In autumn, our skin is dry, it is easy to cause itching. The fresh
earthworm tastes fresh and sweet, and it has the effect of detoxification and
dehumidification.
• 牛大力 Radix Millettiae Speciosae, 性平味甘, 歸肺脾腎經, 補脾潤肺, 舒筋活絡, 祛
風濕強筋骨, 用於陰虛咳嗽, 腰肌勞損, 風濕痺痛及肺結核咳嗽.
Radix Millettiae Speciosae tastes sweet. It is beneficial for spleen, kidney and
lung. It could treat cough, muscle strain, rheumatic pain and tuberculosis cough.
