松茸2朵 (Matsutake 2 pieces)
無鹽奶油50g (Unsalted butter 50g)
雞里肌肉200g (Chicken breast 200g)
日本松茸素菜 1盒 (Japanese matsutake sauce 1 box)
白米 (錦字) 3杯 (White Rice 3 C)
做法:
Instructions:
1. 白米洗淨, 入電飯煲, 水 2 1/2杯
Wash the rice, and 2 ½ cup of water into the rice cooker (6 Cup Slower Cooker)
2.撕開松茸盒, 裏面有2包調味料, 先倒入汁液包拌勻米, 蓋好煮10分鐘.
Open “Japanese matsutake sauce 1 box”, pour the liquid sauce into the rice and cook for
10 mins.
3.把松茸切片、雞里肌肉切成1公分小丁。
Cut matsutake into slices. Cut chicken breast into 1 cm small dices.
4.中火熱鍋將奶油下鍋融化,先擺入松茸片煎到雙面些微金黃,加入雞茸一起拌炒
, 再加入另一包松茸炒勻, 放在飯面上舖平, 續煮至飯熟.
Heat the pan with medium heat and add unsalted butter till it melts. Add sliced matsutake
and cook both sides till it turns golden color. Add chicken breast and the other pack of
matsutake sauce. Put everything on top of the rice and keep cooking till it’s done.

味甘,性平。
形態特徵: 子實體中等大型。菌蓋直徑5-18cm,扁半球形至近平展
,污白色,具黃褐色平伏的纖毛狀鱗片,表面乾燥。菌肉厚、白色。
營養成份: 子實體含有粗蛋白,粗脂肪、可溶性無氧化合物、粗纖維及維生素
B1、B2及C等。
食療價值: 本品有健胃理氣、化痰、降血壓、降膽固醇及治療糖
尿病功效。
Matsutake tastes sweet. Morphological characteristics: The sub-entities are medium
and large. Capsule diameter 5-18cm, flat hemispherical to nearly flat, stained
white, with yellow-brown flat ciliated scales, dry surface. The flesh is thick and
white.
Nutritional ingredients: contains crude protein, crude fat, soluble oxygen-free
compounds, crude fiber and vitamins B1, B2 and C. Diet value: This product has
the effect of strengthening stomach, regulating phlegm, lowering blood pressure,
lowering cholesterol and treating diabetes.

從菌蓋以下以小刀把松茸皮撕去,以微濕廚紙揩淨菌蓋. 食用部位為松茸的
子實體。松茸是世界著名的食用菌,日本稱之為「食用菌之王」,其菌肉肥
厚,質地細嫩,氣香味美,為筵席上品。
Tear off the velvet skin from the cap with a small knife, and the clean the
cap with kitchen paper. The edible part is the fruit body. Matsutake is a
world-famous edible fungus. It is called "the king of edible fungi" in Japan.
Its texure is thick and tender, and tastes rich. It is a top-class ingredient.
